Tatiana Shalagina is cosmetologist-aesthetician with a Master degree in Molecular Biology, coach of Meder Beauty Science brand and founder of an online education project for cosmetologists and beauticians Skinstory_ Education. She is also author of publications in specialized magazines on cosmetology, as well as speaker in local and international conferences.

After getting a degree as a molecular biologist in NaUKMA, Tatiana started career as a graphic designer, and 9 years after that she became the creative director and owner of the Galagan agency —a winner of international competitions in advertising and design.

In 2015 Tatiana started a blog about cosmetics for super-educated and became a cosmetologist in 2016. She currently practices cosmetology, runs a salon for non-invasive cosmetology Skin Story and owns an online cosmetics store Skinlist. In 2018, Tatiana founded Skinstory_ Education, an online education project in cosmetology and related disciplines. The same year, she became an national coach of Meder Beauty Science brand.

Oksana Shykulo is cosmetologist-aesthetician and certified cosmetologist of Medik8, Biologique Recherche, Meder Beauty Science, KOKO Dermaviduals, STYX Naturcosmetic, and ADN. Oksana works under the supervision of Tatiana.

After receiving a degree in economics, Oksana worked in banking for 8 years and then for 7 years in an airline company.

From October 2018 to April 2019 she completed a full special theoretical and practical course in the amount of 1200 hours under the "Cosmetologist" program at the School of Cosmetology "Insight - HELEREL".

Oksana is skilled in the following massage techniques:
- classical facial massage
- Spanish facial massage
- Jacques massage

In April 2019, Oksana took course in auteur massage techniques from the French cosmetics brand Ella Bache:
- "Signature" massage
- "Eternity" lifting massage
- "Kabuki Drainage" massage - drainage massage with kabuki brushes

In June 2019 Oksana did training in figure correction by an Austrian brand STYX Naturcosmetic. She currently implements the "Wet "temple"-swaddle" method of figure correction in her work.

In November 2019, Oksana took "12 weeks to WOW" course - a professional peeling program from the British brand Medik8.
